Jennifer Frederick-Kelly | President
The current Frederick at the helm, Jennifer is proud to serve as President at a time when technology driven machine tools, paired with the team’s expertise empowers Frederick to offer clients unlimited possibilities. Her commitment to her industry follows her off the clock as a former president of Machine Shops Association of WNY and treasurer of The Buffalo Niagara Manufacturing Alliance. For Jennifer, Frederick Machine & Manufacturing is about more than expert service and great customer care, it’s about family. For decades, she has strived to foster a family feeling among colleagues and encourages the team to extend that same welcoming family warmth to customers new and old.
James M. Kelly | Vice President
James, or Jim as he is known around the shop, started his career in this industry as a laborer. Years later, through hard work, determination and education, Jim is honored to be operating Frederick alongside President, Jennifer. A champion for employee enrichment, continued education and pride of work, Jim is a former president of the local Buffalo chapter of the Association for Facilities Engineering and a past chairman of the Industrial Technology Department of his Alma Mater, SUNY Buffalo State. Once a 40-under-40 recipient (1996), Jim is still hard at work keeping Frederick at the forefront of industry trends.
